Advent Calendar Class

Here it is...the finished project for my Advent Calendar/Cupcake Tray class. If you'd still like to make one, I'm holding a second class next Wednesday evening (November 28th) at 7pm in my home...the first class filled almost immediately.
Each square is embellished and adhered to a magnetic sheet (found at any office supply store), allowing you to stand the tray up against something for display. I used the Holiday Harmony Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! and each square shows a different stamping technique...so guests for this class are really getting a 'good bang for their buck'.
Inside each cup there's a Hershey Kiss treat!
Remember that the Holiday Harmony papers are only available until November 30th and also part of our Stampin' Up! Paper Party promotion...which is a really good deal. And don't forget...FREE Shipping in November! Contact me or leave a comment if you're interested in placing an order.
Special thanks to Scrapbooker's Bliss, who inspired me for this project.

Scarlett's 1st Haircut

This little cutie had her first haircut in October. She was a little angel as Auntie Amber cut her hair. Poor little thing is sporting an injury on her nose, quite a common occurrence as she's a follower of her adventurous brother!

All trimmed up & beautiful Scarlett.

Halloween 2007

We started off our Halloween festivities with a pumkin hunt at Butterfield Acres. The kids really enjoyed the farm animals and had never been so close to them before. It was an enjoyable family outing, I would definately recommend it!
The kids & the pumpkins THEY found!
For Halloween this year, Scarlett was a ladybug and Ace was a Dragon.
It was a pretty low-key halloween for us as the kids prefered to stay home and watch movies instead of trick or treating...something we'll tell them when they're older and I'm sure they won't believe us. Hope you all had a safe & happy Halloween!

THANKFUL Banner

I made a few of these banners around Thanksgiving time and they turned out great. I've hung mine just outside of my office/studio. They are made out of Stampin' Up! chipboard letters and Apple Cider paper...lots of sanding involved!

My sis, Amber doing a Vanna White impression...
I have 4 of these for sale: $35 (already assembled)

Please post if you're interested in purchasing one.

Thanksgiving 2007

We spent Thanksgiving this year in Oxbow and had a wonderful time. The entrance to my parent's home is always so inviting, just as they are.
