Farewell Dinner at the Avramovich's

Tonight we were invited for a lovely farewell dinner at Chuck & Linda Avramovich's home. They have been such great friends & mentors for Cory & I over the years. We know them through their son Mike who Cory used to be roomates with. It has been great to get to know them and we feel so close to their wonderful family. We are going to miss them very much!

They also invited over friends Doreen & Barry Scott. I have gotten to know Doreen through Linda and we've enjoyed stamping together over the years. I have let both Doreen & Linda know that I'd be happy to travel back to Calgary anytime for a good ol' stamping evening with them.

It was great to visit & relax as our household was in the middle of packing and getting ready for the move. Thank you so much for having us over & taking care of us.

Linda is so thoughtful, she made this lovely altered notebook for me, with some of my favorite papers. Cory was given a Tim Hortons re-fillable mug...do they know him or what. And the kids were given magnetic puzzles to play with for the carride to Oxbow.
