This has become a favorite salad for Cory & I lately, mmmm. Even though we have to go to Estevan to find napa cabbage, it's worth the drive. Jenny suggested it when I asked her what I should do with an superfluous amount of green onions in my fridge {Jenny is so great at answering questions like this}. Well this salad has done the trick, quick, light and goes well with fish or chicken. And finally we were able to use this great bowl we received as a housewarming gift from our new neighbours Arlie & Larry. Enjoy!
