Baked Asparagus {one of our favorite side dishes these days}
Place washed and trimmed asparagus in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix and a few tbsp of butter.
Top with freshly grated parmasan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
YUM!

My kids love asparagus this way - I usually bake it with just butter, bread crumbs and parm cheese, not the onion soup mix. Don't think I ever had asparagus until I was an adult! Its funny what our kids probably eat now adays that we never ate as kids.
