2011 Fitness Challenge: 8 week journey

Feeling great about completing the local 8 week fitness challenge.  Here are my stats:
BMI -1.7
Weight -1 lb
Body Fat -1.3%
Heart Rate (was 98) 57bpm
Hips -1.5"
Waist -1.5"
Thigh -.5"
I plan on continuing with eating smarter and moving more mostly because I'm feeling GOOD and to me, that's what it's all about!

Congrats! You look fantastic as usual! It amazes me that although you have a million times more things on your plate than most mothers you can accomplish so much with amazing quality and love! Way to go. I sure wish I could do the same! You rock women! Kel

Wow, you look great! I've been doing Weight watchers and have lost 16lbs! I'm feeling so much better, I can't believe how a little weight loss will make you feel so much better!
