Wine Club: Chardonnay
Kendra, a great friend of five years, hosted an amazing Wine Club meeting tonight. We all had a great time as usual...eating, chatting & sipping Chardonnay.
The menu: Chicken Breast Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Lemon Wild Rice Pilaf, Stuffed Mushrooms & Committee Salad. It all tasted delicious and complimented the wine well (I will post recipes back here when I have a moment).
Followed by dessert of Fresh Fruit & Fruit Dip
